I can't say enough good things about my experience here! The staff is so warm and welcoming, making you feel at home in what can be a stressful situation. Dr. Melinda is a true professional; she explained everything clearly and took her time to ensure I was comfortable during my procedure. The office is also equipped with the latest technology, which I found reassuring. I did have a slight communication issue regarding my appointment time, but it was resolved quickly. Still, I walked out with a smile and a huge relief of pain! If you need an endodontist, look no further!

I visited this endodontic office a couple of weeks ago for a root canal, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dental experiences I've had. The staff was incredibly friendly and made an effort to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Melinda's expertise was evident as she walked me through the procedure step by step, which helped ease my anxiety. I appreciated how clean and inviting the office was; it made me feel more at ease. My only feedback would be regarding the wait time; I was kept waiting for about 30 minutes past my appointment time, which was a bit inconvenient. However, once I got into the chair, everything went smoothly. They even followed up with me the next day to check on my recovery, which I thought was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family in need of endodontic services!

I had an emergency situation where I needed a root canal, and I was really anxious about the whole thing. From the moment I called to book my appointment, the staff were incredibly accommodating and understanding. Dr. Melinda took the time to sit down with me, discuss my symptoms, and explain the procedure in detail. Her calm demeanor and professionalism really put me at ease. During the root canal, she frequently checked in to ensure I was comfortable and pain-free, which I really appreciated. I have to say, the procedure was much less daunting than I had feared, and the pain relief was immediate. They also provided me with a clear post-op care plan, which made recovery smooth. The only thing I would say is that the appointment took a bit longer than I anticipated—about an hour and a half—but in the end, it was totally worth it. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care I received and would recommend this clinic to anyone needing endodontic work!

After experiencing some severe tooth pain, I found myself in need of a root canal and was quite nervous. However, the staff at this office were fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Melinda took the time to explain every detail about the procedure, which really calmed my nerves. The dental assistant was also very friendly and made small talk to distract me during the treatment, which I found helpful. The office itself is well-organized and clean, making the experience feel very professional. My only slight concern was that I felt rushed at the end of the appointment when discussing post-care instructions, but I was able to call back later for clarification. Overall, a great experience and I’m thankful for the care I received!
